HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE UK SHIPPING AND OUR OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

• We proudly offer free shipping to UK customers with an order value over £30.00. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
• You may choose to upgrade your shipping form the standard 2nd class on any order to next day tracked delivery at the checkout screen.
• All orders using standard shipping option are sent 2nd class Royal Mail, with the exceptions of orders over a value of £60.00 being upgraded Tracked Shipping automatically.
• EU and International orders will be sent via Royal Mail airmail. Orders over £60 will be automatically tracked. & signed for.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Goods can be returned within 14 working days from the day after delivery if they are deemed to be faulty or not in the same condition at which they were sold.

Goods must be returned as follows:



• The goods should be in the same condition as they were delivered.
• The parcel should contain your order number with your details stating which items you are returning and the reason for the return



You will be required to pay for the return postage, however we will refund this charge if we have made an error or the item received is deemed to be faulty upon review.
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods that are lost or damaged in the post upon return. It is your responsibility to ensure the return is securely packaged and a proof of postage is obtained.
