Refund policy
Goods can be returned within 14 days from the day after delivery if they are deemed to be faulty or not in the same condition at which they were sold.
Prior to dispatch, you have the right to cancel or amend your order. You will receive a full refund if you choose to cancel and any partial refund if you amend your order.
Please contact us for the address to send any items you wish to return using the forms below or on our social media pages.
Goods must be returned as follows:
- The goods should be in the same condition as they were delivered.
- The parcel should contain your order number with your details stating which items you are returning and the reason for the return
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods that are lost or damaged in the post upon return. It is your responsibility to ensure the return is securely packaged and a proof of postage is obtained.
For any products that are deemed faulty/damaged. The Dice Dungeon will cover the costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@thedicedungeon.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of non-defective items and order cancellations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the fault of The Dice Dungeon.
